Jeff was most recently General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Atomwise, a technology-enabled pharmaceutical company leveraging the power of AI to revolutionize small molecule drug discovery, from October 2021 to August 2024. Jeff previously served as General Counsel at Triplet Therapeutics, Inc. from late 2019 through July 2021 and has more than 14 years of experience leading and advising life sciences companies on various legal matters relating to corporate governance, business development, financing, securities law, compliance, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. Before joining Triplet, he served as Senior Corporate Counsel, Securities at Moderna, Inc. where he helped lead the team in support of Moderna’s initial public offering. Previously Jeff served as a member of the legal team at Alkermes plc in roles of increasing responsibility, and prior to that was a corporate attorney in the life sciences practice at the law firm Ropes & Gray LLP. Jeff received his Pharm.D. from Northeastern University and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
